Across our Plymouth Contract we run a variety of schemes to Help people with their Wellbeing. We currently work closely with a number of groups such as Weight Management and GP referrals.  We have exercise professionals on site who are able to work one-one with those who need extra support.

The Plymouth Life Centre is one of the largest leisure centres across the United Kingdom and has some of the finest facilities available. We have a Olympic size pool, number of Racquet courts and fully functioning Fitness Suite.

We also have 2 smaller sites which have a slightly more personal touch. Brickfields sports centre which is located In Devonport has a fantastic refurbished gym which offers a wide range of equipment to all users. Brickfields is renowned for its co-operation with the Cumberland centre to helping people achieve a healthier lifestyle.  The other centre  is located In Plympton next to the ridgeway. They have a well-established Swimming pool and 30 station multi-gym.
